This 4 week programme is here to hold your hand and guide you in how to create  habits that will have a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.

We go through an in-depth health and wellness questionnaire. To give me the knowledge on what areas in your life you need help with.

What is involved in the programme?

  • Your personal calorie and macronutrient goal.
  • Daily activity goal.
  • 4 week Home or Gym workout programme.
  • Inital 45-60 minute consultation. 
  • Weekly check-ins: 10-20 minute chat - in person or online. 
  • Daily whats app accountability/encouragement.

Habits can be based on any of the following:

  • Protein - Learn how much protein you should be consuming daily. Hit your protein goal. Help to control blood sugar levels and improve your energy levels.
  • Nutrient dense foods - Learn all about which foods give your body the best bang for your buck. 
  • Fibre and Hydration - Learn which types of fibre will help your body to function optimally, to fill you up and cleanse your body. 
  • Eating window - giving the body time to recover and repair while having an impact on the amount of calories you are consuming in a day. 
  • Digestion - learn how to support your digestive system so that you are absorbing the foods you are consuming.
  • Sugar - Learn how to balance your blood sugar levels. To improve energy levels, improve mood and prevent cravings.
  • Alcohol - Yes we need to talk about it.
  • Calories - the simple equation of energy in and energy out.
  • Macronutrients - Protein, Fats and Carbohydrates.
