A personalised coaching experience designed to help you reach your health and wellness goals.

What’s Included:

Personalised Nutrition Plan
  • Custom macronutrient and calorie targets tailored to your goal (weight loss or gain), provided at the start of the program.

Weekly Check-Ins

Each week, we’ll focus on building sustainable habits and tracking progress. Topics we’ll cover include:

  • Understanding macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and fats
  • Your individual protein and fibre goals
  • Digestive health
  • Boosting energy by balancing blood sugar
  • Improving sleep quality
  • Activity levels and choosing the right types of exercise
  • Alcohol 
  • Gain access to Cronometer – the comprehensive food tracking app that lets you scan food barcodes, explore an extensive food database, and even analyze your meals by scanning your plate

Weekly Accountability

  • A 15–20 minute check-in call or sit-down session with Julie
  • Completion of a weekly progress questionnaire

Daily Support

  • Ongoing WhatsApp check-ins for motivation, questions, and guidance
